friendly staff amazing view clean rooms
the staff was really friendly. they were passionate about the hotel. the view was amazing. the rooms were so clean!
cold floors in the bathroom! empty and uninteresting rooms, inconveniently placed light controls, unregulated air conditioning (no matter how you change the temperature and airflow, it always blows the same), and you can clearly hear people walking on the upper floor...

joyful stay
helpful recommendations attentive staff
the breakfast included many options. i found the restaurant staff very attentive. i enjoyed how the hotel handled my car, and clear directions to the hotel were provided. the location allowed simple walks to castelo de são jorge, a great perk, and baixa.
The light controls were inconvenient. I struggled to easily adjust the room lighting. also, i could hear people walking above my room. it made for some restless moments.

My room was sunny and spacious. The bathroom was well equipped. linens and towels were replaced daily. the room had beautiful views. I loved it.

The hotel provides on-site parking. This was helpful. a restaurant is on site, and it looked delicious. the bar had many options. The bartenders were friendly and knowledgeable.

i found myself in the heart of the historic district! i enjoyed well-appointed rooms. the hotel is near cafes and shopping areas. the area also had rooftop bars.

The front office staff helped with restaurants and tours. a birthday cake was delivered to the room, which i greatly appreciated. the restaurant food was amazing!!! the breakfast service was pleasing. Every person went out of their way to ensure a wonderful experience. i thank you all.
i found the bathroom floors to be cold and the light controls to be inconveniently placed.

the superior king room included top-quality towels and sheets. turn-down service was available. the room offered a mini bar set up with a coffee maker and wine glasses, very practical.
